Description

Describe the bug
The Species and Subspecies common names provided in our defaults from https://files.specifysoftware.org/taxonfiles/taxonfiles.json are set to the name of the taxon's Genus.

For example, consider the following snippet from our Herpetology default Taxon tree:

kingdom,phylum,class,order,family,genus,species,subspecies,family common name,species author,species source,species common name,subspecies author,subspecies source,subspecies common name
Animalia,Chordata,Amphibia,Gymnophiona,Herpelidae,Boulengerula,denhardti,,,"Nieden, 1912",https://www.catalogueoflife.org/data/taxon/MR6W,Boulengerula,,,
Animalia,Chordata,Reptilia,Crocodylia,Alligatoridae,Caiman,crocodilus,apaporiensis,,"(Linnaeus, 1758)",https://www.catalogueoflife.org/data/taxon/PBBP,Caiman,"Medem, 1955",https://www.catalogueoflife.org/data/taxon/5DPM5,Caiman
Animalia,Chordata,Reptilia,Squamata,Boidae,Chilabothrus,fordii,agametus,,"(Günther, 1861)",https://www.catalogueoflife.org/data/taxon/TZL6,Chilabothrus,"(Sheplan & Schwartz, 1974)",https://www.catalogueoflife.org/data/taxon/7GNLH,Chilabothrus

Expected behavior
The Species and Subspecies common names in our Taxon defaults should reflect their actual values and not be equal to the Genus of the node. Or at the very least, we should omit these common names from the defaults and ensure the data is correct.
