Is there an existing issue for this already?

I have searched the existing issues

Description

When I try to send btc to another wallet it gives me an invalid password error but it does not ask me to enter a password. Why does this happen?

What version of Electrum?
What operating system?
What type of wallet? (see menubar>Wallet>Information, first few lines)
