Allow to add additional watch directories with glob patterns

A small feature which allows to add additional directories to watch using glob patterns. These globs are expanded on startup.

I've picked a new option (as opposed to modifying --watch) to avoid potential breakage if someone wants to watch paths which (for some reason) have glob patterns in their names.
