Predbat compare import and export kWh figures are wrong #3068

Describe the bug
Predbat compare says on my current tariff I will import 46.4kWh and export 0.15kWh.
These are wrong figures.
In the plan it details that the majority of import will be battery charging in the cheap cosy period (14.05p), with a small bit of grid import in the 20:30, 21:00 and 21:30 slots at 28.65p.
Total electricity cost for the day is £3.82 therefore at most import will be 382/14.05=27.19kWh (actually slightly less because of the evening import at 28.65p).
There is no slots where solar generation exceeds house load and the batteries are full, so there will be no export.
Expected behaviour
Correct import and export kWh figures, something like 26kWh and 0kWh respectively.
