Strange behaviour with manual select drop downs

Describe the bug
Some strange behaviours since the recent change to the manual select drop downs to control the plan. If you use an automation to select a period for say, force export, you can also then select the same period for force demand, the summary line for each dropdown shows the same time.

you can also select the time multiple times for the same state, such as force export.

Also when the time period has passed the entry remains in the summary line.

Expected behaviour
Previously if you selected the same time period for a Force action that has already been selected for another state then that other state would be deselected.

If you selected the same time period for the same state multiple times, then you only see the entry once.

Once a time period has passed, the entry would be removed from the summary line.

I've reported some of these behaviours on #3065

Hadn't spotted that setting one force command any other conflicting command gets removed

I think this is all a consequence of the move to 48 hour drop downs

Still can get the same time across multiple manual options when selecting via an automation.

via the UI its working now, I've just checked it

what are you sending to the select in the automations, is it time, or day+time? be useful to see more detail of the cause
