Also add notifications for non-watched databases

Just noticed that I only seem to get a notification when I'm watching the database. I think it makes also sense to add a notification when a discussion is updated which I have started or when a merge request from me gets a comment (haven't tried the latter case yet).

Just noted that I seem to have received an email for my own comment, too, which is a bit confusing 😄

But I really like the notification view and email feature! I really rely on Github's email and notification system, so I'm happy to finally have it on dbhub as well 😄

Cool. Yeah, the current code is a first implementation. Needs cleaning up, polishing, and adjusting for things like this. 😉

Thinking through how to implement this...

When someone creates an Issue, Merge Request, or Comment... that person should receive replies/updates to it. Unless they've specifically requested not to.

On GitHub, there is a Subscribe/Unsubscribe button on individual Issue/PR threads, which seems like a decent approach. It shouldn't be too hard to implement something similar for ourselves.

Sending emails to people for comments they've created themselves should likewise be fairly easy to fix as well. Haven't yet look at the code for it, but will do so shortly. 😄
