Huddles not working

Hello, the new Huddle funtionality is not working on this client.
When you click to join a huddle, it opens a browser tab that never loads.

damn, thanks for reporting. I was too angry at the very existence of this "huddle" thing and the move of "meet" shortcuts out of threads answers to even try it :)

I'll have a look and see what's wrong, I suspect the client "google url filter" that prevents leaking urls may be at fault.

Oh My.
this seems to be much more complicated than expected.

Personally at the moment I can't event have huddle open in a browser, and playing around things showed some weird 'about:blank' redirections involved, I have no idea what google guys did come up with but it's insanely overcomplicated.
