Re-adding a previously removed movie errors out

Trying to add a movie that has been previously removed errors out.

The error appears to happen with a specific title only.

This is the specific movie which causes the problem. Could it be the '½' character in the title causing the issue?

Initially suggesting the movie by it's IMDB link works as expected.
Removing the movie by it's title (including the special character) works as expected.
Re-suggesting by using either the IMDB link or title will trigger the generic error message to return. However, the move actually gets added without any apparent issues.

It may be something to do with not removing the genres properly because of the special character or some other reason, so re-adding it causes an issue as it tries to add the genres again
