Hi,
During testing with the Benetel RAN650 O-RU and srsRAN gNB in a 4x2 MIMO configuration (split 7.2x), I observed that the network operates correctly only for a 20 MHz bandwidth. Phones can detect the base station, register successfully, and data transmission works without issues. The RU shows stable TXMeanPower values on all four ports, and KPI monitoring confirms proper UL and DL activity.
When switching to wider bandwidths such as 40, 50, or 100 MHz, the behavior changes completely. The phones no longer detect the network, no signal appears on the spectrum analyzer, and the RU reports a strong reduction of transmit power. In these cases, ports 1 and 2 show fluctuating or very low TXMeanPower, while ports 3 and 4 do not transmit at all. No obvious errors appear in the RU or gNB logs.
I have tested multiple configurations suggested on the forum for both the RU and gNB, unfortunately without success. Benetel support has confirmed that the RU behaves normally and indicated that the issue is likely related to the srsRAN side.
I would appreciate assistance in identifying the cause of this behavior. I am attaching the logs and configuration files for the 100 MHz setup for reference.
The testbed topology is shown below for context.
