[Task] Add tools name and description

As a User, I want to customize tool descriptions so that I can tailor tools for specific use cases.

Acceptance Criteria:
- Can edit and save description for any server tools
- Can delete custom description to revert back to default

Add tabs tools, with tool names and descriptions in the mcp server detail page
