install_cmdstan reports incorrect error in Mac #814

Sometime, after certain MacOS upgrade, user will need to re-agree to the Xcode and Apple SDKs license agreement. If this is not done, g++ won't work.

In this case, install_cmdstan would fail (obviously) but report incorrect error messages:
