Can't publish revision

Description

Noticed a few things on our runway edit pages when trying to figure out why we can't publish revisions.

First when we load the page we see this in the browser console:

When we try to Publish I see this error:

This is prevent our largest client from being able to use their website as we've built a whole application based on Runway and revisions.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open edit page
2. Try to Publish working copy
