[Browser] Add a Setting “Open links in”

1.Add a new menu under Browser in Settings that will allow the user to choose which browser to use to open the in-app links:
1.1. Status in-app browser (default)
1.2. User system default one

2. Remove the pop-up asking the user to choose which browser to use on opening the first link in the app

We already have this as a popup, allowing the user to choose between the builtin browser, or an external one

Maybe that popup didn't get re-enabled together with the Browser, I can check
