[Chat] Fix misaligned message header UI / expanded date format (Pinned & Search messages)

Description

The message header UI becomes misaligned since it shows expanded date format in some sepecific flows. It's more visual when using some languages that need longer words like Spanish.

This issue is not limited to pinned messages — it also appears in the searched messages list, and likely affects any component that uses the same message header layout.

• Searched messages list
• (Potentially) Any view rendering the shared message header component
