Frame tags

Implement a "Frame Tags" system to allow users to group, label, and manage specific sections of an animation timeline, similar to workflows in Aseprite or Pixelorama.

Key Features

• Right-click a frame to "Create New Tag." Configurable options should include Tag Name, Color, Frame Range (From/To), and a field for custom user data.
• Display tags as colored bars above the frame area. Users should be able to click a tag to select it and drag its edges to resize the frame range.
• "Play only frames within current tag." When active, the preview loop should be restricted to the boundaries of the currently selected tag.
• Add an option in the Export menu to export specific tags as individual files or spritesheets.

Nice one!
I'm still pondering on how to expand the animation features.
On the one hand - a pure frame based approach is straightforward (with groups/tags like you suggest) - then spritesheet features would be a logical next step.
On the other hand - a timeline aproach with nested objects (like Adobe animate) would also be quite powerful.
probably a mix ...
