bug: error "internal error" appears when uploading any image #1171

@dewmguy

Description

@dewmguy

What happened?

at any available option to upload an image, doing so results in the error "internal error"

built a few minutes ago, using docker, compiled a config from examples provided in the github repo. if there is something special i need to do, like if an S3 server is required to enable file uploads, then that's not effectively communicated in the instructions.

edit: looking at logs while i upload appears to indicate there is a valid connection and potentially successful upload, but the error is being returned in spite of that.
