What happened?

Recently the editor toolbar horizontal scroll bar was improved and now it looks really nice. However, other scrollbar in the UI are still the same. The chrome web app and windows app have this big scrollbar but the Firefox website has a beautiful scrollbar which looks really nice and cherry on top is, it's not always visible either. It only appears when you hover over the code block. Tables also have this issue. Tables that have a lot of columns which can not fit in the editor page and end up creating a horizontal scrollbar.
