In case of cruise control optimization proposal auto approval, strimzi annotate KafkaRebalance CR same as done in manual approval and via below command or how?

kubectl annotate kafkarebalance strimzi.io/rebalance=approve -n

Actually, in case of Gitops based deployments for operator based kafka, annotations get reverted to original state that's y confirming.
