Implement lockfile versioning & migration #15
Description
Some changes are going to require improvements to the lock file format that will require users to migrate versions.
The plugin should check the lockVersion field and parse the file in the correct way. Any differences in behaviour should then be taken into consideration and the user prompted to migrate if it is not the current version.
