PlatformScaffold causes interference with Webview #466

Hello all,
I recently ran into an issue with the Platform Scaffold where if I combine it with a webview, the webview fails to load properly in some cases. This is for only iOS. I have a test app that I created that demonstrates the problem which I will be linking below.
In my test app, I have 2 different webview controllers.
Observations:
- With the platformscaffold, if the app starts on the index of the webview controller, it loads correctly. (webview prime)
- If the user switches tabs to the other webview (webview secondary), then the secondary one fails to load. It only displays a white screen. However, everything in the data structures is indicating that the page loaded successfully
- If the user switches back to webview prime, the webview loaded a white screen.
In the repo, I have included the regular scaffold widget which does work, this is meant for comparison between the platformscaffold and the regular scaffold widget. I would prefer to get the platform scaffold working.
