Emoji description on hovering

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
When hovering on the emoji list there is no description or name of the emoji selected. It makes it difficult to know what we are using and so to reuse it easily.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either have a small tooltip when hovering (ex: with the title property) or the name shown all the time like in Tchap.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently I'm only trying to guess what could be the correct name.

Also it'd be great to search for Emoji in your own language right now it's only english.
This is something to be done on BlockNotejs the open source editor we're using in Docs.
@ouvry-ems can you create this issue (maybe two one for accessibility one for searching in your own language) on BlockNotejs repo ? https://github.com/TypeCellOS/BlockNote
