Critical rendering bug for some pdf from 3.6.1 and after

SumatraPDF version

• Version 3.6.1 and later
  I tested with 3.4.6 and 3.6.1 and the pre release 3.7
  Describe the bug
  From this version, some pdf don't render

Expected behavior
It should render correctly as it used to do

Sadly the internet archive uses and attracts a very poor automated se of PDFs either the uploader or Internet Archive itself use methods totally unsuited to archiving PDFs, so are NOT standard, but MuPDF does have problems consistently with those substandard files.
You can see it in the OCR version as poor text, but the more conventional image is better.
In the poorer bloated version they had to break the images in half and then badly encode them.

So this is a known MuPDF Image Handling problem
