What would your feature do?

我想把这个CR/ MR 接入CI/CD, 用于代码合并处理的一部分，例如小于某个分数就不允许合并。

Proposed workflow

1. webhook触发、或者jenkins hook触发
2. CI等待CodeView消息（轮询请求）
3. 完成后判断是否通过。
