Editing and deleting annotations (editAnnotationController.js) [8] can't be completed and tested until Define and implement annotationService [5] issue.

We will use the time and prepare some simple animations.

angular animation is a side project, and not included in our sprint issues.

we made an example of the animation and now we are trying to implement it to our code.
