It's been worked on by many different people over the years, and needs to be rethought to more effectively guide users through the processes of executing, creating, editing, etc. For the purposes of this project no great UI/UX expertise is needed: just take a stab at laying out the existing options in a more effective (and hopefully visually-pleasing) manner.
