Version Information

App Version: 1.18.1
Android Version: Android 7.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open logs in the Web GUI and scroll to the bottom

2. Rotate device and you will see the scroll position gets lost

I think the solution could be like this for the WebGuiActivity : https://github.com/Catfriend1/syncthing-android/pull/824/files
