Can't install on Mac Big Sur due to permission issue #134

The Big Sur update broke ExifCleaner installs on Mac. Have to do some kind of self signing cert to open the app since that update.

This should be fixed in 3.5.0. Let me know if it's still a problem to install on Mac M1 ARM processors. If it works, I'll close this issue.
