H:M to mean Hours:Minutes time format

Use cases

I would like our users to be able to select between different time formats, and a classic one is the Hours:Minutes format (i.e. 07:15 pm for example, or 19:15 for 24-hour clock)

Design ideas

Ideally the same design as below, where "1" becomes "H" (or "h"), and the "N" becomes "M" (or "m").
