RTL: wrong dropdown position

Dropdowns have the wrong position when using RTL on the html element

FWIW, the issue doesn't happen anymore when dir="rtl" is set on a container div (see https://codepen.io/nylexar/pen/pvjLNrY)

I'm working on a fix for this in Elements itself, testing it across browsers, etc…

This is apparently a quirk of Floating UI + RTL + native popovers.

I found an issue on their GitHub with a workaround. However, since we still need to use top and left you can add style="bottom: unset; right: unset;" to your <el-menu> to work around the problem for now.
