el-disclosure from application shells not working

Describe the bug
When adding any of the stacked application shells to my application, which the elements library installed and added to the html document, the buttons of the mobile menu are not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://tailwindcss.com/plus/ui-blocks/application-ui/application-shells/stacked
2. Add any application shell to html document with elements library installed
3. shrink screen to show mobile menu
4. click the 'burger' menu button
5. mobile menu does not open
6. no errors shown in browser console

Expected behavior
When adding one of the application shells I hoped that the scaffold would work out of the box.

I'm not seeing any issues here. Can you provide details on how you set up elements?
