How can I prefix plugins loaded by @plugin?

@plugin "./testplugin.js" prefix(tw); does not work. How can I prefix plugins loaded by @plugin?

config('prefix') may not "see" the prefix from prefix(tw), but I believe the utility classes from the plugin should be prefixed.

Thank you. That certainly seems to be the case.
The next thing I was having trouble with was how to reference the CSS variable --spacing. CSS variables also have prefixes, so I needed a prefix.

Is it appropriate to use theme from the plugin API?
If so, how can I distinguish between ---spacing and --spacing-${number}? Should I be careful about DEFAULT?
