[FEATURE REQUEST] Show date + time of quota resetting for Claude (and other providers?)

It says that it resets 2pm, yet its 19:14 so its a bit confusing

Hi @ramarivera,

The reset time should ideally come directly from the Claude CLI. If there’s a way to improve this, that would be great.

By the way, I’ve also created a new skill at .claude/skills/implement-feature. We can use this for implementing new features as well.
