Choosing STANDARDOID Organisation Prefix for Object TIDs on initial Import

Which Prefix of which role (Datenherr, Datenlieferant, Eigentümer) should be chosen, since it will fixed to the object for the lifetime of the object?

But I have to choose a prefix to generate OIDs/TIDs.
I have a client (communal wastewater org with its own prefix A, I set up their TEKSI database with this prefix as fk_provider and fk_dataowner), I extract wastewater objects from another database in order to import them to this TEKSI database.
I registered my own prefix B as a private organisation and want to use this in the role of Datenlieferant (is this fk_provider in TEKSI terms?) and for generating object TIDs. Would this be correct?

So, which prefix do I use to generate TIDs/OIDs for objects in the import file?

Maybe the better formulation of the question is: Which Organisation Prefix (of which Role) should be set in tww_sys.oid_prefixes as "active"? Because this is arguably the same that should be used for TID generation for import files, since those will be inserted into the database, also when creating new objects within TEKSI.
Should this be the prefix of the owner of the database, so the same as fk_dataowner?

Here, I use my own prefix "de25d7mn" for all roles and the object TID (probably wrong?)

In Switzerland the creation of organisations is separated and delegated to the Swiss Water Association (VSA) with the goal, that organisations are maintained in a central "database" resp. organisation dataset that is publically available.

This with the goal to have e.g. the community A only once with a stable and unique obj_id and not in each system of each dataowner. This helps to avoid complicated conversion when you e.g. want to publish network data on a central geoportal (e.g. region or province/canton) or merge data e.g. if two communities become on (a very common thing in Switzerland, I don't know about Germany)

TWW has no option (yet) to export only the organisation class yet, so you have to maintain the organisation dataset for Germany currently manually in the text editor and get an extra prefix for all organisations.

For your customer project you then first import that organisation.xtf to have the organisations available. Or update the organisations, if there are any new once. You have to kind of seperate the process of creating or adapting organisation from the rest.

In TWW tww_sys.oid_prefixes you choose the prefix as active that is used to create all od_ classes prefix (except class organisation).

Both prefixes (my own, to use as Prefix for Datenlieferant, and of the communal org, to use as Datenherr & Eigentümer) have been registred as official INTERLIS OID prefixes.

So, since the commune is Datenherr and it is their TEKSI database, I will generate TIDs for import with their prefix. Correct?
