Question: Migration path from classic application LBs to Global External Application Load Balancer #519

TL;DR
Got an email from Google advising me to migrate to Global External Application Load Balancer from classic. In the docs for serverless NEGs I only see the option of classic, envoy and internal. Is global external available via serverless negs? if not, what is the recommended migration path?
