When destroying, get "The given key does not identify an element in this collection value." on subscription_names

Hello, I am having the same issue as here: https://github.com/terraform-google-modules/terraform-google-pubsub/issues/16

but with regard to `.subscription_names`

I have seen the fix has not been applied to `subscription_names`: https://github.com/terraform-google-modules/terraform-google-pubsub/pull/17/files
