Merge effort opencodeco/testcontainers-php

I browsed some codes of the https://github.com/opencodeco/testcontainers-php/tree/main project, it seems the usage of the GenericContainer is close to the Java version.

Please the merge the effort of this project to make the Testconainers PHP better and easier to use.

@hantsy as v1 has been recently released, could you please review your last issues? Probably, some of them are not actual anymore. :)

v1 is closer aligned to the official Java and node versions, as well as the project you mentioned :)
