Although I was able to make it work, I think README still could be improved stating not only about the migration instructions, but for starters as well. |

Hello,
Would it be possible for the authors to write an article explaining how to use it with ruby on rails? Currently, README isn't too helpful especially if you're the 1st time user of Azure services.
