Query with some Endpoints with/out TLS

I'm correctly trying to migrate from plaintext grpc to tls grpc. This isn't easy. I can only activate grpc tls for all endpoints in the Query component. My plan is to do this migration without downtime.

Ideas:

• test all endpoints with tls first than fallback to plain (behind flag)
• allow to define per endpoint, if tls is used or not.

Any Idea?
