30. As a user, I want to be able to toggle the display between a light mode and dark mode

Summary
We want our application to be accessible to all users, so having the option to use our app in a light mode or dark mode is crucial to the appearance and accessibility of our app.

Acceptance Criteria

• App opens to a light mode display
• There is a toggle switch located on the home screen: When a user clicks this toggle, the display changes accordingly from light to dark or dark to light.
