Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the system automatically applies deflect to incoming damage, with certain damage types (read: spirit and vital) ignoring it. However, we are aware of certain instances where special types of deflect apply to damage that would otherwise ignore it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Simply a toggle on items and probably also in an actor's deflect config for damage types to be impacted by deflect that normally would ignore it. One per damage type or just a global "deflects all damage" option work.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There's really not one that fits in with the automation options provided.
