HyperColor for pygments

Would it be possible to update the Pygments file to include the HyperColor version? I am using the pygments version as the basis for a PR on Chroma, the syntax highlighter used by Hugo.

Perhaps it is also worth noting that the pygments theme does not render like the screenshot on the front page. I quite like how it renders now, just thought I'd point it out.

Hi! I haven't quite had the chance to port Hypercolor over to Pygments yet. I would absolutely welcome a pull requests, though!
