Is it possible for the new Recall running on non-Copilot+ PCs? #14
Comments
Unfortunately the check can't be fooled as easily anymore, instead of having the checking code centralized in 1 DLL that can be detoured the check is now inlined into every system component that uses it |
Is it possible for you to upload a patched dll for amd64? It seems that some OEMs also provided corresponding workloads for amd64, I just would like to try it on earlier builds. |
Would you mind directing me to the amd64 workloads? It's possible that they need a different workaround given the inlining of checks in recently distributed binaries |
Sorry, I didn't get the corresponding workloads files either, but I heard that Samsung's Ultra 258V notebooks can also get the Recall experience, so I think they should be pre-installed with the corresponding workloads and I'm looking for an image dump. |

But I think it's fake news 🤔 |
I have a ThinkPad X13s with 8cx Gen 3 and I tried Recall in June.
That was cool.
I really miss this feature 🥹
