CLI version not working in windows?

Tried running the .bat and running python script manually, both are not working. When running the script manually it shows 1 was unexpected at this time, I'm using windows 11 22622.575, and Python 3.10.6. Tried renaming the folder to qctools_tff instead of qctools_tff-master also didn't do anything.

I just found error from if condition and the local Python module from the master directory. Later, i updating fix.
