Integrate with Tailwind 4 CLI version

Hi
can I integrate flowbite react with Tailwind 4 CLI version?
I prefer CLI version because when there is a problem it shows details in console but vite plugins shows all the time a simple text like this: "12:41:01 PM [vite] (client) hmr update /@fs/D:/dev/PosR/client/src/layout/MyComponent.tsx, /src/input.css?direct"

What exactly is the expected behaviour here? I'm a little bit confused of the "integrate" wording.
