Description
As a volunteer
I want to see a list of specific needs
So that I can find NGOs that want what I'm donating
Notes
The idea of "needs list" is to create a list of specific needs that the NGOs can post and volunteers who have different things to donate can find the NGO that wants the specific donation. Nowadays the "needs" on the NGO details is more like a description, so this new page would show needs that has some deadline or more urgency, e.g. clothes before the winter.
Acceptance criteria
GIVEN a volunteer wants to donate something
WHEN he goes to needs page
THEN he gets a chronologic list with the needs
AND the organization in need
AND its location
