Check if reported lat/long is the stubbed one during acceptance tests #28

Firefox profile change from geo.wifi.uri to geo.provider.network.url meant stubbed location not being used, leading to test failures that not easy to diagnose. Add test that validates browser reported lat/long is the stubbed one.
