User Personas

We want to have the general personas that we envision will use the platform, so we can base our future work on those.

We have two personas:

ADMINS and VOLUNTEERS
Note: Volunteers can be split into NEW and EXPERIENCED volunteers but not for this phase of the project._

Now, based on the survey and interview we can build them properly. I'm gonna use resources from the Interaction Design Foundation to build the personas on FigJam.

So, when we reference them by name, like, we are talking about Rebecca, it actually implies all of this:

Rebecca, junior software developer, recently moved to Toronto, eager to volunteer and network with other developers

I don’t think I need more info. That one is good enough for now. There are other methods to explore like empathy map and etc.

The one I created as an admin is on figjam and I will work on the other one soon

Whatever works best for you, is just a "nice to have" to have a "complete" persona.
