Shuffle all?

Is there existing functionality to shuffle all tracks in the library?

There is currently no "shuffle add", iirc, though there is Playlist shuffle, the default shortcut should be r(R, no modifiers) while the playlist component is focused. Alternatively, look into the help menu (default CTRL+H) and look for shuffle.

Thanks. I also couldn't figure out was how to add all tracks to a playlist, is there a way to do that?

There are currently 2 "add all"-ish ways:

• add all in directory, when a directory is selected in the music library, will add all in that directory; this is done via SHIFT+L(default); though currently it is not recursive, see Allow for tracks to be added recursively from library #103
• add all from database, requires the tracks to be indexed (currently no TUI indication of when it is done); this can be done by selecting the database view, selecting any of the first modes (except playlist and directory) and then pressing TAB to switch focus to the middle(Result) area and there press SHIFT+L(default), which will ask you to be sure to add all

As a side note, while termusic is not running, you can also add tracks to the playlist by modifying the playlist.log file, for example via find . -type f -iname "*.mp3" >> ~/.config/termusic/playlist.log

PS: all of those shortcuts are listed in the help, which is by default in CTRL+H and listed in a section of where it is (roughly) applicable.
