After applying a new theme, some components still have old theme applied

Description of the Problem

If I change theme, some of components doesn't apply it.

Before selected theme:

Selecting theme:

I suppose the top tab list & save changes should update theme too?

After selecting theme:

Library still use old theme

This one is normal

Podcast & Episodes aren't updated

Also the top right song view when doesn't change theme. Sorry for bad image my notifications seem cover it but you can see some of them image still have white old theme

Yeah this is kinda a known issue.
As for the config editor, only the theme related components get changed to preview, so other things like the help bar or the top tabs dont get changed. It is also known that the "Save config?" popup may be completely unreadable if the theme new theme is not applied.

As for all the other non-config editor components that dont change (ex Music library), that is because we dont actually re-mount those components (which would cause losing their state, like how much tree is loaded / open).
This should be a easy fix (by just introducing some kind of "reload theme" message all non-remountable components subscribe to), but i just didnt get around to it yet.
