fix(python): make setup.py work again
Commit 00a7a8d ("feat: update bindings with 0.26.3") replaced the
parts of setup.py that dealt with the split to tree-sitter-markdown and
tree-sitter-markdown-inline and as a result, it was no longer possible
to build the Python buildings from it. Fix it by reconstructing the
previous state while taking into account the other changes from the
